What we set by default
Strictly-necessary cookies that keep the site working — for example, remembering your consent choice on this banner. These can't be turned off.
Cookies set by Dojo when you open the booking flow inside our reservation modal. Those are governed by Dojo's own cookie policy.
What we set with your consent
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) cookies — used to understand which pages are read and how visitors move through the site. These only load after you press Accept on the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2 with the default set to denied, so until you accept, no analytics cookies are placed and only anonymous, cookieless signals reach Google (where the law allows that).
Press Decline on the banner and no analytics cookies are set. Press Accept and they are set; you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data or via your browser's cookie controls (see "Managing cookies" below).
Third-party services
Embedded Google Maps on the contact page: Google may set cookies when you interact with the map. See google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy.

Managing cookies
You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will reset preferences such as your consent choice.
